In January, a UNA student brought a semi-automatic pistol and a revolver to school, as well as a rifle that was nestled safely in his car. Oh yeah, did I mention all three were loaded? Did I also mention that most UNA students didn't have a clue about the situation until a local tv station did a story on the incident? Let's face it kids, no where is safe.
Last week Sarah Palin appeared on the Jay Leno show promoting her Fox News show. While on Leno she made her stand-up debut (well her purposeful stand-up debut). I'll give her some credit; she did a pretty good job of delivering the punch lines that Leno's show writers put on the prompters for her.
