One topic of conversation that seems to arise more times than not is the need for a Starbucks in Florence. Some people are simply baffled about the absence of one in our town, as if the cookie-cutter, corporate chain is a staple to every community in the U.

The Art Hive set to host festival

On Saturday, September 4th, The Art Hive will be hosting the Indian Summer Art and Music Festival in downtown Florence. Students who are already aware of the Festival are showing excitement. UNA student Jocelyn Ragoza said, "I'm really excited about it. I think it will enrich my life, as well as other students', by expanding the horizon on different art styles and music groups.
